What are the consequences of breaking your Terms of Service?

Depending on the gravity, we may refuse to do business with you again, block you on our social media or online shops, ban you from paticipating in contests we may host or similar activities.

Would you ever revoke ownership of an Adoptable I got from you?

Only if there's a problem with the payment (for paid Adoptables) or if you acquired the Adoptable in a dishonest way (like cheating on an event we hosted with the Adoptable as a prize). We will not revoke ownership of any Adoptable that has been successfully paid (as long as it remains paid), even if the owner breaks our ToS.

Are there any consequences if I don't use the Adopt publicly? (Ex. I don't draw them nor write stories about them, etc.)

No! The character is still yours to do as you please. Even if all you do is just look at the character's art or think about them once in a while, they're still yours.

I got an Adopt from you but I'm having trouble drawing them. Can I simplify the design?

Yes. As stated in our ToS, you can make any changes you want to the Adopts you get from us, and that includes drawing them with less details.
